Marisa Brown, CEO

Marisa founded Venus Promotions in 2019 with the intention of bringing a fresh and unique perspective to the promotions industry. Marisa’s primary purpose is to help her clients grow by honing in on and expanding their potential. She serves her clients by utilizing a straightforward and innovative style that creates engagement with their brand through ideas, content, and events.

As a native southern Oregonian, she loves to be close to the community and is the micro-events marketing and program liaison for the Women’s Leadership Conference of Southern Oregon. When she’s not looking for opportunities to help women grow and expand their businesses, she’s busy being a mom to three amazing kiddos, a partner to a supportive entrepreneur, and dedicated to working on her overall health and wellness.

Anthony Boyd, COO

After spending years working in both management and artistic positions, Anthony Boyd found his passion in bridging the gap between the two. He created DuoMyth Designs, a design and business strategy agency, and took Marisa on as a client for her first couple years of business until she asked him to join her team as COO. A self-proclaimed "systems guy," he specializes in creating exceptional brand experiences and developing individualized marketing strategies for clients as part of the design process.

Born in Oregon but raised in California, Anthony dedicates most of his business efforts to building healthy, diverse ecosystems and empowering entrepreneurs. He hopes to help build a thriving community in Southern Oregon that he can enjoy with his family.
